Under 10 Boys

Newly formed this season and competing in the Mid Solent League our under 10 Boys team is coached and manged by Ben McDowell. Ben is a Sports Science student at the University of Portsmouth. This is his first season as team manager having had the role of assistant coach last season. Ben currently has his FA Level 1 qualification and his FA Youth Module 1.

Ben is part of the university of Portsmouth UP for Sport scheme, in return for Ben commiting time to the university football club, UP for Sport supports his development through mentoring and assisting Ben with the completion of nationaly recognised coaching awards.

 As of Saturday 12th November we will be rotating players, please see rotation below,

Players have been placed into groups of 5, White Group, Purple Group and Black Group, please see below; Each week one of the 3 groups will be ‘rested’. This allows for a better match day experience for players on the day, there will be less rotations and more playing time per player. The idea is that individuals will benefit more from having fewer interruptions during their game. To ensure the players are getting as much match time as possible we aim to arrange friendlies where possible to compliment league fixtures.
