Later this week, the new primary schools offer brochure will land with every head in the country. Over 15,000 schools will see what rugby union has to offer them to help deliver primary school improvement across the school day. Within the resource, progressive lesson plans have been produced which can be accessed by the teachers.

Early next week the RFU will follow up on the brochure and CD Rom sent in July with every secondary school in the country. This will be a reminder to school management teams that along with the high profile of RWC 2011, there are tools, resources and programmes to help engage students in school and their learning through rugby union.

The schools pages have all been revamped and updated and are well worth a look at (. Please direct schools and teachers to the website as much as possible and any feedback from you or your schools would be hugely welcome.
